What Veniar Points are

Veniar Points are promotional rewards issued by participating merchants through the Veniar Network. They are not cash, currency, stored value, or transferable money. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points are issued at the discretion of participating merchants, subject to the offer terms they set through the Veniar Merchant Dashboard.

Earning points

Customers earn Veniar Points by making qualifying purchases at participating businesses, subject to the specific offer terms set by each merchant. Earning rates, minimum purchase thresholds, and offer availability vary by merchant.

RewardsNow does not guarantee any specific earning rate. Points earned are governed by the merchant's active offer terms at the time of the qualifying transaction.

Redeeming points

Points can be redeemed at participating businesses for rewards set by each merchant, subject to the merchant's redemption terms. Minimum point balances, redemption conditions, and reward availability are set by individual merchants.

Redemptions are final. Points used in a redemption are deducted from the customer's balance and cannot be reversed except in cases of documented error.

Expiration and forfeiture

Veniar Points may expire based on account inactivity or the terms of a specific promotional offer. Expiration terms will be disclosed in the Veniar app when applicable.

Points are forfeited upon account deletion. As non-transferable promotional rewards, points cannot be moved to another account before deletion.

Non-transferability

Veniar Points are non-transferable. They are linked to an individual Veniar account and cannot be sent, gifted, sold, or transferred to another account or person under any circumstances.
