What responsible rewards means
A responsible rewards program is one where the terms are clear, the mechanics are honest, and neither merchants nor customers are misled about what they are receiving.
RewardsNow services are governed by a Responsible Rewards Policy that prohibits misleading descriptions of points, requires transparent redemption rules, and ensures that neither merchants nor customers are surprised by terms they did not agree to.
Core commitments
Points are promotional rewards. Veniar Points are not cash, currency, stored value, or transferable money. RewardsNow and Veniar will never describe points in a way that implies they are a financial instrument.
Offer terms are disclosed. Merchants must clearly describe their offers, including any minimum requirements, availability restrictions, and expiration rules.
No hidden mechanics. The points issuance and redemption mechanics are disclosed to both merchants and customers. There are no undisclosed fees or adjustments in the rewards flow.
Redemption terms are accessible. Customers can access redemption terms for any active offer before they commit to redeeming.
